with 4 weeks remaining I fell behind my training- power average dropped to 250w range. this week iβm increasing my lower body strength training to 3 sessions and 2x50mi rides

The best competition is against yourself. Just beat my last results on bike trainer. Iβm excited about the 240 watts average power~ equivalent of keeping the lights of 6 40 watt light bulbs for 25 minutes. Now I know Iβm giving something back to my community π΄πΌββοΈπ΄π»π΄ββοΈπ΅ββοΈπ΅π΅ββοΈ

Itβs that time again - Six Gaps 105 miles bike race in Dahlonega this September.
The training has started with a 20 minute trainer ride
That will be the baseline -20 minutes, power 237 avg watts with 5 mile. I hope to beat it every week.
