Enjoyed a beautiful day in SW Atlanta's Oakland City.

The highlight of the day was time spent catching up with Jasann Lovey Gilliam on her farm. A truly special space in the heart of the city.

I am eternally grateful
and looking forward to my return...

Hope all is well with you and your families.

Stumbled across a steal downtown Fayetteville which may interest someone or a group interested in an inexpensive commercial space.

We are one step closer to getting up and running.

Ideas are abundant and trying to narrow them down to a single fundraiser.

We will need to raise (total construction cost) approximately $35,000.00.

To seriously impact that figure, I will be itemizing a supplied list so if one chooses he/she could make an inkind donation from the wish list.

That I believe would give a slight comfort to the individual who is skeptical about giving their cash. Also, it reduces the amount of cash needing to be raised for the project.

Without an approved 501c3 on hand one may be hesitant to donate not knowing if they would be able to write it off immediately. So we are toying with the idea of an incentive program.

$35,000.00 dollars could be as little as 35,000 one dollar bill's or it could be 116 donations of $300.00 or more.

Possibly with a $300.00 donation, we could offer a weekly basket (13 weeks) of fresh produce. $200 (9 weeks of fresh produce) and $100 donation (5 weeks of fresh produce).
