We will always teach women to be safe. AND we will always demand better from men. Both. Always.
Because women deserve to feel safe in the streets, in the workplace, and especially in their own homes. We are holding space for every woman who has ever felt unsafe, unheard, or unseen. You are not alone.
The news this week broke our hearts. But it also reminded us why this work is so necessary. Not just self-defense classes but real conversations, real resources, and real accountability. Swipe through for what we’re saying out loud today.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month
It’s not too late to raise awareness, start conversations, and stand with survivors. Sexual violence impacts millions and behind every statistic is a real person, a real story, and a need for support, healing, and justice.
This month, we commit to:
Listening without judgment
Educating ourselves and others
Supporting survivors
Creating safer communities
Together, we act. United, we change.

What is Teen Dating Violence?
Teen dating violence is a pattern of behavior used to control, pressure, or harm someone in a dating relationship. It can be:
• Emotional
• Physical
• Verbal
• Sexual
• Digital
It doesn’t always start with visible bruises.
Sometimes it starts with control, jealousy, isolation, or pressure.
During Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, let’s educate ourselves and protect our teens by having honest conversations about what healthy relationships truly look like.
Love should feel safe.
Love should never hurt.

Teen dating violence doesn’t always look like physical harm.
It can show up as control, constant texting, jealousy, pressure, or isolation from friends and family.
1 in 3 teens will experience some form of dating abuse before adulthood.
That’s why conversations matter.
That’s why education matters.
That’s why we speak up.
Let’s teach our teens that healthy relationships are built on respect, trust, and boundaries.
