Starting from opener of last season on the Naknek, Greg swung this beauty up around 1AM on a black graboid. What a fantastic way to start the season. Opener is a lot of fun for stripping and swinging Great times with great friends.

Making memories with friends is a big deal to me. The Naknek offers so much and these adventures will be talked about for a long time. It’s been a great season and I’m already missing this beautiful place. This was a good one for with the fellas from I’ll see you guys soon👊🏼

What a wonderful season it has been on the Naknek here many large rainbows made their way into the river and it is so much fun to see personal bests being beat over and over. The Naknek needs to be on everyone’s list so let me know when you’re ready.

Rainbows continue enter the system and there have been multiple shots a day at big ones. Fall is a fantastic time to be up here and I look forward to it all year. It’s time to go back to swinging and I am ready.

It’s been a pretty good season so far. The eggs are being dropped and the big rainbows aren’t missing out. 2022 was a record year for the Sockeye run and the spawning is equally as impressive. I’m looking forward to swing season.

This was very cool opener for us on the Naknek. and Greg hung out with me on the boat until opening morning. It got very dark with the cloud cover and Greg managed to swing this hot trout up with a large graboid. It was his goal to get a big fish on his 9wt and we got it done. A pretty cool experience for everyone and a great way to start the season.

2021 season had a lot of good memories but I believe this buck was the highlight for me. I had to run way down river and the perfect was screaming. Every time he jumped I thought I was gonna lose tension and he’d shake the hook. We pushed the set up and it made me very happy with how well the system worked. was right behind me the entire time and I was relieved to see him put this rainbow in the net. I always appreciate sharing adventures with friends and family and this was my personal best on a clicker.
