This week’s truth: Feed the Body You Want 🍴🍑

Sis, let’s be real… you can’t build curves on fumes. You wouldn’t expect your phone to last all day without a charge 🔋📱 — so why do you expect your body to run, lift, and GROW without fuel?

When you under-eat:
❌ Your workouts suffer
❌ Your energy crashes
❌ Your curves never come through

When you fuel right:
✅ You recover faster
✅ You build muscle & shape
✅ You glow AND grow ✨

Even the Word backs it up: “Go, eat your food with gladness…” (Ecclesiastes 9:7). God didn’t design your body to be starved — He designed it to THRIVE 💪🏾.

So stop skipping meals thinking it’s cute. Food is not the enemy — it’s the plug for the body you’re praying for.

Whats your ideal time ?
Now let’s be clear... I have ALWAYS been a night owl. Like since I was a kid. Bedtime? Never heard of her. So the fact that I’m waking up at 4:30 in the morning to be in the gym by 5:30? Yeah, that’s wild.
Because let’s not forget-your girl used to be a bartender. I was coming home at 4:30 a.m., not waking up at 4:30 a.m. If you would’ve told me eight years ago that l’d flip my whole schedule like this, I would’ve told you to stop playing in my face.
And don’t get it twisted-it’s still not “easy.” My body will forever love the night. But I lean into mornings now because the results don’t lie. My clients show up better, they’re rested, focused, and honestly? They deserve that quiet time to pour into themselves before the world starts demanding everything from them. And me? I like knowing I already checked off discipline before the sun even comes up.
So yeah... I went from closing the bar at 4:30 a.m. to opening the gym at 5:30 a.m. Growth looks different on everybody.
