Seeking full or part-time integrated marketing communications manager for boutique movement studio in 3550 Broad St. Ste. E., Chamblee, GA 30341.

The nitty-gritty:
From social media to newsletters, to making Canva promos, to Google ads, you’re a go-getter with a can-do attitude who loves to take charge - but also can delegate to a
team (trust us, you’ll want to)! While we’re a small business, we have a lot going on - in the best way! The IMC Manager will rely on their team and communication with the
team of other managers to complete their daily/weekly duties.
While the position may be remote, the manager should expect to work in-studio according to a set schedule with the owner, especially if not already familiar with the studio ins/outs.

● Social: Create short and long form content, from social media content to press releases, editing/proofing, brand alignment and more
○ Curate content on IG, Facebook and TikTok (and run analytics)
○ Develop social media campaigns both for both organic and paid media
○ Delegate and manage editorial calendar/collison calendar with Marketing team

● PR
○ Respond to reviews in Mindbody/Google/Yelp
○ Prepare and research crisis comms or distribute announcements related
to studio closures due aligning with CDC guidelines; must be comfortable
with following government and health guidelines set forth from city and
county ordinances.

● Newsletters:
○ Curate, edit and distribute weekly newsletter, familiarity with distribution
lists reconciliation and analytics a plus
○ Pull distribution lists biweekly from Mindbody, align with MailChimp

● Branding:
○ Ensure brand alignment across all Media for studio’s Vision, Mission and
Values
○ Synchronize storytelling, brand identity and development of the Sky Gym
narrative across brands and services in accordance with Sky Gym brand
guidelines.

● Staff Incentives/Education
○ Ensure staff are educated on social media policies
○ Edit staff email

● Client Incentives (In-house)
○ Create and manage monthly “wincentives” along with ambassador leadand assistant to owner

● Client Engagement
○ Engage and respond to customer inquiries on social media (now under
Community Relations)
○ market in house and external events (Work with events coordinator and
Community Relations/Sales Manager)

● Videography/Graphic Skills a plus:
○ Creating graphics in Canva/photoshop as needed
○ Editing clips in any film editing software
○ Graphic design a plus
○ Photo/video shooting/editing

● Managerial skills:
○ hire and build a team of marketing ambassadors, must be able to delegate
work to a team!
○ Boutique fitness studio experience a plus, but not required

*This list is not exhaustive and can be tailored for the right person. Culture is huge part of the job. Some of these items were created because the current manager *wanted* to do them, so they can be flexible! *

The Basics:
● Must be a team player and communicate effectively across multiple channels
(Email, Band, MindBody).
● Be a problem solver - these buzzwords are true - when faced with challenge - do you shut down or do you try to find a workaround? If so, this is the right place for you!
● Customer service skills are a must, especially in written language.

- Bring your inner child, a sense of adventure, and an open mind!
-You’ll spend the first 60 minutes moving together through partner stretching, exploring inversions, awakening the core, and warming up your grip!
- We’ll leave the last 15 minutes to give you time to revisit poses for photos!
- End feeling refreshed, renewed, and connected to your partner, leaving the workshop ready for a continued cozy night in, game night, or other fantastic socially distanced practice!

Try acro- and aerial yoga in a whole new way as you can learn to base or fly with your partner in this workshop open to folks of all skill levels!

What to Wear/Bring:
- Please wear something comfortable to go upside down in!
- A fitted top that covers the whole torso and shoulders
- Wear clothing without string or zippers or metal that can snag fabric.
- Your masks and water bottles!

What NOT to Bring:
Please save your imbibing celebrations for after class!
