Greetings fitness warriors. Here is the quick Super Hero Fitness Challenge for this week. I'll post another by next weekend. 1 minute each exercise. Count your reps and post your scores. You are only allowed 60 seconds of rest in-between each exercise. (total workout = 8 minutes)
