Tough weekend for us, but that’s all part of racing and we’ll keep building from it.

We had a setback Thursday morning that kept us from racing at5 Flags Speedway, but I’m really thankful for our crew Eddie Hollingsworth, David Epps, T.M.Motorsports, and Gene Eubanks for putting in the work to get the car back together so we could make it to Mobile International Speedway.

I qualified 2nd out of 11. On the start, I missed a shift and dropped to the back, but stayed with it and worked my way back up to 6th.

Not the finish we were hoping for, but we’re learning every time we hit the track and we’ll come back stronger next race.

I had a solid and respectful night at Mobile International Speedway and learned a lot. We started the day with practice and dialing in the car, then went out and qualified P2 with a 17.899. The invert was a 6, which put us starting 5th.

I worked my way up to 3rd and was closing in on 2nd when a late race caution came out on lap 27. After the restart, the car got really loose and fell off, and we ended up finishing 6th.

Not the result we were aiming for, but a respectable night. Most importantly, we finished the race and got valuable seat time. Looking forward to building on it next time.

Qualified P2 and felt really good early — worked up to P3 and thought we had something for them. Late caution changed things, and the car got pretty loose, ended up finishing P6.

Not the finish we wanted, but I’m learning something every time I get in this car, and that’s the goal right now.
