With more than 21 years of competition experience, Gene R Johnson, AKA Baby Hercules, will create custom training and diet programs for not only competitors but anyone who wants to transform their lifestyle. Gene has firsthand experience of what works from the first time setting foot in the gym to the first time setting foot on stage.
Every Team Herc athlete receives a fully individualized program that is specifically tailored to meet your needs, goals and lifestyle.
Women's Competition Prep
Bikini, Figure or Physique competitors or future competitors will receive a completely personalized plan that guides you from the day you begin until the day you rock the stage. Every program is built around your metabolism, your body composition, and your current physique. Typical plans range from 12 to 24 week programs but do vary in length based on your starting point.
Plans include:
•Complete daily meal and nutrition plan based on competition timeline, diet preferences and body composition
•Daily weightlifting exercise program
•Daily cardio regiment
•Fully detailed diet and training program for the final week before competition
•Supplement, vitamin and overall bodily health care recommendations
•Weekly progress check-in's and adjustments to training/diet
•Group posing sessions
•Show selection recommendations
•Assistance with choosing a competition suit, shoes, jewelry, and most suitable individual hair/makeup style

Men's Competition Prep
Physique or Bodybuilding competitors or prospective competitors all receive individualized meal and training plans that guide you over the course of 5 month periods. Each plan is fully customized and tailored to your individual physique, your metabolism and body composition. Each program is designed as a 5 month training period.
Plans include:
•Fully detailed daily nutrition and meal plan created around competition timeline, current physique and body composition
•Daily weightlifting exercise regiment
•Daily cardio program and guide
•Detailed, individualized diet and training programs adjusted for the final weeks before competition
•Supplement and vitamin recommendations
•Group posing sessions
•Weekly progress check-in's and adjustments to training/diet as needed
•Show selection guidance
•Assistance with choosing competition wear, tanning, and music selection for bodybuilding routines
