At Lina Lean Health and Fitness, you will not find a “one-size-fits-all” fitness program. We understand that each individual has specific objectives not only in their fitness goals, but also in the time and budget they wish to dedicate to a fitness plan. That’s why we offer a number of different program options. Whether you wish to work out with your personal trainer 3-5 days each week or you prefer to do the majority of your exercise at home or elsewhere, we will tailor a program that is perfect for you.
Personal training 1 on 1
Our private sessions are carefully designed, taking into consideration not only your goals, but also your ability level, your understanding of exercise fundamentals, and your realistic level of commitment. Personal Training is offered in both 60 and 30 minute sessions and your trainer will be right there to guide you every step of the way!
Our shared sessions offer all the benefits of our private sessions x 2! Come with a family member, a friend, or a co-worker and you will both receive the personal guidance of your personal trainer, while also sharing time together. We are always seeking additional ways to motivate our valued Fit Family. Sharing a session with someone you know is one way of doing so.
What do you get when you combine your energy with that of others and an exercise circuit designed to improve posture, functional strength, balance, and your mind/muscle connection? We like to think the answer is simply the best small group training workout Tucson has to offer. A dedicated Personal Trainer will guide you through a balanced blend of cardiovascular training, resistance training and flexibility training, tailoring each segment of the workout to your individual ability level.

What is optimal nutrition? With Nutrition Coaching, you will have no problem answering this question.
We will provide you with the education you need to improve your nutritional habits in a practical, easy-to-incorporate and everlasting manner. As a result, you will have a vibrant and energetic body that will do what you ask it to do, when you want it to for life. Learn what it really means to eat a balanced diet.
