VIRAL PROTEIN MUFFINS

These muffins are so freakin good, so easy to make and packed with 10g protein each!

All you need is three ingredients:
- muffin mix of choice
- Greek yogurt of choice, I went with pro
- Power by fairlife flavor of choice

Combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 12 prepared muffin tins and bake for 23-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 muffin: 148 calories, 1.5g fat, 25g carbs, 2g
fiber and 10g protein.

At Lina Lean Health and Fitness, you will not find a “one-size-fits-all” fitness program. We understand that each individual has specific objectives not only in their fitness goals, but also in the time and budget they wish to dedicate to a fitness plan. That’s why we offer a number of different program options. Whether you wish to work out with your personal trainer 3-5 days each week or you prefer to do the majority of your exercise at home or elsewhere, we will tailor a program that is perfect for you.

Personal training 1 on 1
Our private sessions are carefully designed, taking into consideration not only your goals, but also your ability level, your understanding of exercise fundamentals, and your realistic level of commitment. Personal Training is offered in both 60 and 30 minute sessions and your trainer will be right there to guide you every step of the way!

Share-A-Coach Personal Training

Our shared sessions offer all the benefits of our private sessions x 2! Come with a family member, a friend, or a co-worker and you will both receive the personal guidance of your personal trainer, while also sharing time together. We are always seeking additional ways to motivate our valued Fit Family. Sharing a session with someone you know is one way of doing so.
