Happy Father’s Day to the best Dad ever!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had the pleasure of knowing Anton while he was here in Atlanta. He joined my gym when he was here playing for the ATL soccer team, and quickly became one of my favorite members to train. What an incredible athlete. He will be missed😢.

My gym members like Tessa absolutely made my Valentine’s Day yesterday!!

I’m often asked how I make time to go into my gym and train people with my busy schedule. Well, truth of the matter is, I can’t imagine going an extended period of time without seeing these amazing people.
