ActivCORE
Our innovative approach to suspension exercise is specifically designed to target your weakest links. We activate dormant muscles by combining alignment-based movements with controlled instability. Once activated, we integrate those muscles into your movement patterns through challenging, core-centric exercise. We make these exercises accessible to everyone by offloading body weight with supportive bungees when necessary. Elevate your overall ability to physically perform with this unique approach to stability and mobility development.
ActivCONDITIONING
Providing you with the tools and techniques necessary to build strength and endurance is easy. Ensuring that those qualities are balanced and sustainable, however, requires a more thoughtful approach. To achieve this, we use a proprietary process of neuromuscular activation followed by functional integration. We first address the weak links in your kinetic movement chains through intentionally selected suspension exercises. Then we integrate your optimized movement patterns through functional exercises using kettlebells and conditioning ropes. The result is the development of physical conditioning that will serve you for a lifetime.
