Kosta slept for 8 1/2 hours last night!!!! It feels sooo good to get the rest I need so I’m able to work out again. Even if it does take all morning to get it done or sometimes all day.. I’m so happy to be at it again!

Started week 3 of 9 today!!
Kosta didn’t want to miss out on anything and decided to wait to nap till after I did my workout!
I am sore today!!! But I still did the damn thing anyway.
It took me 1.5 hours to complete this 30 min workout 🤷🏼♀️ Kosta was sort of napping when I started and then woke up and watched me and was smiling away and cheering me on! It was adorable!! And then he needed a diaper change, a feeding, and help to go back to sleep.
I considered stopping and showering instead since I knew I would have very little time but decided to finish it!!! Now we’re feeding again and a shower is hopefully somewhere in my future today 😂
I’m back!!!!! 8 weeks postpartum and I am READY!!!!!
My workouts look a little different now..
Interrupted with feeding and changing poopy diapers, calming Kosta down for nap time and just enjoying his beautiful and contagious smiles!
A 30 min workout takes an hour or longer now. 🤷🏼♀️
I’m also much slower as I haven’t done a hard work out in almost a year!
I’m modifying A LOT!!!! Push-ups and planks and mountain climbers or anything in the plank position on my feet are not even possible at this point. Sit ups/crunches I’m still trying to figure out.
But that’s ok!!! I showed up today and I am so so happy that I did!!!
It’s been almost a year since I made a post on here. I had no idea!! I also can’t believe it was a year ago that I ran a half marathon 😳
So much has happened in the past year and it’s especially tough right now to get work outs in. My goal during the rest of this pregnancy is at least 2 workouts per week. Maybe 3 every once in awhile during this 2nd trimester.
Today was the first workout in several weeks and it took everything in me to workout today. It was heavily modified but that’s ok! I just needed some movement in my life. 🙌🏼

I DID IT!!!!!!!! I literally can’t even believe it. I think I’ll stick to 5Ks from now on though as that s**t was HARD!! Absolutely the coolest experience at Disney though and I would recommend everyone to at least do some sort of race there at some point.
Thank you and for doing half marathons yourself and convincing me that I can do it too!!!! Thank you for supporting me and training with me, as well as running this morning at the same time to encourage me to keep going. I love you all!!!!!!!

Tomorrow’s the big day! My first half marathon and of course what better place to experience it then at Disney!!

3 years ago, I never ever would’ve said this but... I LOVE WORKING OUT!!! It took time and I don’t always want to work out but I know that I will feel accomplished and be ready to take on the day when I do.
On July 29th, I’m starting a challenge group that includes 100 workouts that are 20-30 minutes long and includes 2 different nutritional programs to choose from. Since nutrition is the most important way to see results, we will be focusing on it more than the fitness portion.
