Red Alert Baseball was carefully developed to identify and address the pressing issues of taking a baseball player’s career to the next level by incorporating a strategic blend of experiences, mental and physical training, metrics, and mechanics. All of the services offered are based upon learning more about yourself and the game – not just physical fundamentals. Rob has amassed an enormous amount
of knowledge and experience playing 10 years of pro ball including 5 seasons in the Major Leagues. Rob was a catcher and played with the Minnesota Twins, San Diego Padres, Chicago Cubs, and the Oakland Athletics. Along the way he has played with and learned from multiple Cy Young Winners, current and future Hall of Famers, and an array of All-Stars. Rob has gathered all of this knowledge and experience and developed a philosophy that is based upon what he has seen as a player on what works and doesn't work.
