Pulses are from Dante’s 7th circle, of this I’m sure! As your barre instructor, I promise I feel the exaaaact same way about them as you. But they WORK and I’m obsessed with the results, so do I wanna pulse? NO. But are we gonna do a pulse at the end of every sequence? YA DAMN RIGHT we are.
You’re already suffering through full range of motion, what’s a little more torture at the end to get the transformation you’re coming to class for?? They’re over before you know it anyways!
