Is it just me or did Fall quiet quit on us?! I was in my full autumn mood and the weather just went left😩 But here’s a pic from a few days ago when outside was still outsiding. Thank you for being my fairy Godmother and reminding me to live in gratitude when I’m feeling cold and grumpy. It actually worked every time I looked at this bottle!

My one wish for every mama is that you learn to see your body as a miracle maker. I hope you know that exercise isn’t some punishment you have to endure for the “crime” of having a soft postnatal body. Exercise is how you honor the temple that created and nourished new life. It’s what you do to feel good in your body and mind.
You don’t *have* to do it.
You *GET* to do it.
Everything changes when you decide to approach your health from an empowered place rather than a place of shame. We exercise because we love ourselves and we know we deserve to feel good! And the most important thing to remember: you cannot heal a body you hate. Read that twice. Your body loves you and it’s waiting on you to love it back 💛

🌹 Bubbly, Roses, and gut health....my favorite things. After an all ginger everything winter, I’m loving the switch up to lighter flavors. I’m closing out March with my new favorite flavor and these n**e matte with stars. They’re shorter than I’ve ever done but I can actually type fast again, so I love them! 🤣 Never thought I’d like such short nails but here we are…
And don’t forget, gut health is mental health. You can exercise all day every day, but if your gut is in bad shape — your brain is in bad shape. Your gut talks to your brain all day long and you want it to sing love songs, yaheard? Add a little fermented somethin to your diet. Kombucha, sauerkraut, and kimchi all get in there and work their magic. 🤩

🌹Happy Love day!🌹 My self-love today is in the form of the dreamiest, creamiest beetroot cocoa latte. If you’re not a fan of beet juice or eating beets, this is a great way to get them in your diet. Made with cocoa powder, beetroot powder (I used ), cinnamon and a little maple syrup, it’s a lightly sweetened earthy drink that’s super cozy during this cold weather. Plus, it’s such a pretty color (this is an unedited iPhone photo 😍) and I looove a pretty drink. I topped it with crushed rose petals because I love a rose petal moment 😍
Why Beets?
They:
💗 have natural liver cleansing properties
💗 improve heart health by oxygenating the blood
💓 lower blood pressure
💓 Improve circulation in the body
💓 Improve exercise endurance and recovery time
💓 reduce inflammation
💓 contain folate which is so great for pregnant mamas and their babies!
