A lot of ankle, knee, and even hip issues stem from weak feet. Considering martial arts is one of the only sports where you compete barefoot…I would argue that strong, stable, and mobile feet are a must. In my opinion, if you’re not training your foot/ankle strength & mobility, you’re leaving a lot of athletic potential on the table!
