I am pleased to announce that TEAM GO HARD LLC is launching our first project, βCOMBAT FITNESSβ. Combat Fitness is a High Intensity Fitness Program designed to give you the physical fitness necessary to defend yourself. Our training program combines combat arts movements with cardio, strength and conditioning exercises.
For the month of February Combat Fitness will be absolutely FREE to the public.
Combat Fitness is in-person and remote. In person, we will adhere to all COVID-19 safety guidelines and social distancing. We will be at The Core Total Body Salon and Wellness Spa, 2857 Main St., East Point, GA 30344. Space is limited so please DM to reserve a spot.
Remote access will be granted from the Combat Fitness Facebook group or Twitch.tv/BigNel74. DM for details.

Kickboxing at on Tuesday & Thursday mornings @ 6:30 a.m. is LIT!!!π₯π₯π₯
Our class is so full some of the students had to use heavy bags in the Boxing area. Somebody tell management WE NEED MORE EARLY MORNING KICKBOXING π£π£π£

KMT Asen was founded by 10 Morehouse students, as a conscious effort to connect to the rich history of Africa. Its members are entrepreneurs, architects, doctors, lawyers. Professors, authors, artists, fathers, husbands, etc.
