Reclined Hero’s Pose Benefits:

Increases circulation, mobility, and stretches the psoas, thighs, knee joint, ankle joint, abdomen
It is also a great chest opener

This pose can be modified by placing a bolster along the spine to reduce the depth/intensity of the pose.
