Mental health check-in 💜

Sometimes life shifts in ways that feel heavy, unexpected, and hard to carry. In those moments, one of the most powerful things we can do is pause and ask ourselves the truth:

What am I feeling today?
What do I need more of today?
What helps me reset?

Mental health awareness is not just about talking about it. It’s also about creating space to breathe, reflect, reconnect, and remember that you do not have to carry everything alone.

Three reminders when life feels unbearable:
✨ pause and name what you’re feeling
✨ reach for support instead of isolating
✨ return to community, because healing is not meant to happen alone

Community matters because we were not created to do life by ourselves. We need safe spaces, real connection, encouragement, and people who can remind us that support is still available.

That’s why I’m excited to be part of the Youth Mental Health & Wellness Expo on May 16 at Wheeler Park.

Come join us for a day of community, connection, fitness, food, engagement, and resources. Stop by the Dare 2 Lift It table for mindful vision boards, wellness resources, family support, and AI readiness for families.

I’m excited and honored to be part of the Rockdale community for this year’s Youth Mental Health & Wellness Expo on May 16th.

There is something powerful about creating spaces where youth and families can come together, have fun, reflect, connect, and begin to see new possibilities for their lives.

Because youth mental health is not just about awareness.
It’s also about connection.
It’s about healing.
It’s about giving young people the space and support to rewrite their stories, reclaim their power, and build a healthier vision for their future.

That’s what I’m looking forward to bringing to this event.

At my table, youth and families will be able to:
✨ create vision boards with purpose
✨ reflect on who they are and who they’re becoming
✨ connect through wellness-centered conversation
✨ explore family resources that support mental health and emotional well-being
✨ learn simple AI literacy tools in a way that is ethical, humanistic, and healthy

This is about more than an activity.
It’s about creating an experience that is fun, engaging, and rooted in hope.

It's Live ;

Beyond These Walls was never meant to sit on a shelf. I created the Beyond These Walls Healing Bundle for people who are free on paper, but still not free inside.

Maybe you’ve left the facility, the relationship, the job, or the season…
but your mind still wakes up replaying the same chapters of shame, regret, or “I should be further by now.”

This bundle is my way of walking with you through your own healing, not just telling you about mine.

When you join the Beyond These Walls Healing Bundle, you’ll get:
📖 the book – Beyond These Walls
📝 a mini healing workbook (PDF) with guided journal prompts
🎥 a live Zoom session with me:
“Release Wasn’t the End: How to Stop Living in Invisible Prisons.”

👉 How it works:
1. Scan the QR code in this post to go to my website and get your copy of Beyond These Walls on Amazon.
2. Follow the simple instructions there (or in my DMs) to share your email and confirm your purchase.
3. I’ll personally send you your mini workbook and the Zoom details for our December session.

I’ve waited for my turn long enough. This is me stepping out so you can step into your healing.

If you know this is for you, scan the code and comment LIVE AGAIN so I can agree with you in prayer and support. 🧱✨

Whether you’re with family, friends, or finding peace in your own company—
We hope you’re taking a moment to breathe, reflect, and just be.

This season isn’t about how much you do.
It’s about how fully you can feel, release, and receive.

At Dare 2 Lift It, we’re honoring the power of healing—
For anyone ready to stop carrying shame, and start building something new.

To support your journey, we created the Beyond These Walls Healing Bundle:
📖 Beyond These Walls (the book)
📝 A reflection-packed mini workbook
💬 A live soul session to reconnect with your power

Here’s to freedom that starts within.
Here’s to rebuilding, together.

Wishing you rest, restoration, and real joy.

With care,
The Dare 2 Lift It Team

Healing doesn’t always look loud.
Sometimes it’s quiet pages, still moments, and the courage to face what you didn’t choose.

This Healing Bundle is for the woman who’s tired of pretending and ready to rebuild—on her terms.

📖 A story that reminds you you’re not alone
📝 A workbook to help you process what words can’t always reach
💬 A soul session to begin again, gently

No pressure. No performance.
Just space to breathe—and come back to yourself.
