🥋 How to Tie a Martial Arts Belt (Obi):
1-Find the center
-Hold both ends of the belt evenly and fold it in half to find the middle point.
2-Place the center on your stomach
-The middle of the belt should rest on your navel (belly button).
3-Wrap around your waist
-Bring both ends around your back and cross them behind you.
-Pull them snug and bring both ends back to the front.
4-Even the ends
-Adjust so both sides are the same length.
5-Cross the right end over the left
-Take the right end and cross it over the left end.
6-Tuck under both layers
-Bring the top end up underneath both layers of the belt (from bottom to top).
-Pull both ends tight.
7-Make the final knot
