Thirty-four pounds gone.

Not because she found a shortcut.

Not because she got lucky.

Not because somebody did the work for her.

She made a decision.

If we’re being honest, life has been life-ing.

Some of us have been taking care of everybody except ourselves.

And somewhere along the way, our fitness, wellness, and self-care got pushed to the side.

No guilt.
No shame.
No judgment.

Today isn’t about being perfect.

Today is about movement.

Walk.
Run.
Lift.
Stretch.
Dance in your living room.
Take the stairs.
Park farther away.
