I have never gaged my success in the gym on what the scale says. I know that muscle weighs more than fat and I could tell that my hard work was paying off based on how my clothes fit and the changes that I could see in my body. Now that I have to lose weight for the competition, I have been weighing myself everyday and allowing myself to be discouraged by what the scale is telling me. But today I looked in the mirror and saw PROGRESS and that is something to be proud of. Scale can't kill my vibe!
