Lake swim last Saturday morning

At first, the water seemed a little cool but it ended up being perfect. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a higher water level. The picture of the H***h I made before the swim because the gates were still closed when I got there.

If I were to place a bet, I'd bet that Katie Ledecky will be the first woman to get the gold in the 1,500 free. See press release below...

Three new SW events and two women's water polo teams added to 2020 Olympic program
Following decisions taken today by the Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), FINA expressed its great satisfaction at the addition of three swimming medal events and two women’s water polo teams for the programme of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The additional medal events are 800 metres freestyle (men), 1500 metres freestyle (women) and a 4x100 mixed medley relay."

I'm sorry to report that there is still no hot water in the showers at West Gwinnett Aquatic Center

As a heads up, there will likely be no hot water in the showers at WGAC tomorrow.
