Max effort work today 645 weight with 200 pounds of band tension so 845 at the top 800ish at the bottom felt stupid heavy but moved decent road to 1000 pound squat continues.
Max effort work today worked to 515 for a single felt good nothing broke so thats a win for me lol.

Top set today 765 felt good didn't video it so you just gotta believe me lol have not did many squats in the last couple months since the strongman comp i did was mainly deadlifts so im happy to be back squatting looking to hit 900 ish before the years out.
Deadlift 515lbs for max reps in 60 seconds got 13
Log clean and press 315lbs
300lb keg max reps in 60 seconds
265lb sand bag 250lb mouser block and 300lb husafell stone
700Lb yoke and 275 per hand farmers carry

First strongman competition went really good had a blast and I appreciate everyone that came out to support me.
Secondary work for tonight just trying to get as much volume as possible inside of a 12 minute time frame.
