Atlanta Muslim Running Club's mission is to promote healthier lifestyles, inspiration and motivation to the Atlanta Muslim community by running.

The goal of AMRC is to promote a running culture of discipline, motivation and encouragement within the Atlanta Muslim community by establishing group runs, training workouts, and races together. The aim is to have more Muslims in the Atlanta community pick up running as a lifestyle, whether it be sprinting or long distance running, and to encourage each other to do so. The group has established weekly runs on Sunday at 7:30am which are open to all! Runners will divide up and run anywhere from 2 miles to 7 miles. Atlanta Muslim Running Club was honored to be a Silver Sponsor of the Cair Georgia 10-Year Anniversary Gala. 🎉

It was a wonderful evening celebrating a decade of advocacy, community, and service to the Muslim community across Georgia. We’re proud to support organizations that continue to make a positive impact and bring our community together.

A special highlight of the evening was welcoming Ana Kasparian and Cenk Uygur from The Young Turks to the AMRC booth! It was great meeting them and sharing a little about AMRC and our mission to promote health, fitness, and community through running. 🏃🏽‍♂️🤝

Alhamdulillah! AMRC proudly participated in today’s Mohammed Schools Run for Education Race. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We’re excited to share that all of our AMRC participants placed in the top 2 of their respective age groups! 🏆🙌

A huge congratulations to everyone who came out, represented AMRC, and gave it their all. And a special congratulations to Sr. Humaira for achieving the fastest women’s time! 👏🔥

AMRC 11th Year Anniversary Celebration! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️❤️

Alhamdulillah! What an amazing day celebrating 11 years of the Atlanta Muslim Running Club (AMRC)! 🎉

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out today and made our anniversary celebration so special. And thank you to everyone who brought such delicious food to our potluck! Your generosity and love made the celebration even better.

From our first days to where we are today, AMRC has grown because of an incredible community that continues to show up, run together, support one another, and make memories along the way.

May Allah continue to bless AMRC, our members, and our families, and allow us to keep growing together for many more years to come insha'Allah.

🏃‍♂️🇺🇸 Another amazing day at the Peachtree Road Race 10K!

Alhamdulillah, the Atlanta Muslim Running Club had a fantastic time participating in today's race. Congratulations to everyone who crossed the finish line! Your dedication, perseverance, and hard work paid off.

We're grateful that everyone completed the race safely and without any issues. Here's to many more miles, stronger friendships, and unforgettable memories together!

The Atlanta Muslim Running Club had an amazing time hiking Raven Cliff Falls this weekend! 🥾🌲

From the scenic mountain views to the beautiful waterfall cascading alongside the creek, every step of the trail was worth it. It was a great opportunity to enjoy nature, stay active, and spend quality time with our AMRC family.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it a memorable adventure. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

This is one of North Georgia’s most beautiful waterfall hikes, featuring scenic forest trails, creek crossings, and the stunning Raven Cliff Falls.

✅ Water bottle
✅ Snacks or energy bars
✅ Drinks/electrolytes
✅ Comfortable hiking shoes or trail shoes
✅ Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
✅ Small backpack for your essentials
