Over the weekend I got the chance to catch up with some of past athletes. 🤗🤗 Happy to see they all have graduated or on track to graduating. Made me miss coaching.

had a great meet this weekend. Ye had an 8ft. PR in discussion and almost 3ft PR in discus. And Cori had a season's best in discus. One more meet to go as we continue putting in work and perfecting technique.

1st meet of the season in the books. Social distancing all around. 2ft PR to start the season is A-OK in my book. We've only had two throwing practices since March. Goal is to get better each meet. Great job Yeshua Hardy!! 💪🏾
