Triple H Tackling Academy Results Matter. If athletes are not fundamentally sound, performance suffers. Develop your skills. The nature of the game is to either avoid being hit or to hit.

Develop your "Head Up, Hit Low, & Hang On" skills to rise above the pile. You can't hide the truth, football is a sport with violent collisions. At Triple H Tackling Academy, our goal is to teach athletes how to hit. However, the foundation of our approach is one that utilizes a rugby style "Triple H" approach that helps to minimize the potential for injuries and increase on field productivity. We offer sessions that range from group coaching to one on one. Our main Hitting Instruction Technique (HIT) Skills seek to strengthen:
Speed, Agility and Quickness
Tackling
Strength

Athletes work to perfect the "Triple H" Keys:
Head up - Key for vision and injury prevention. Hit Low - Key for establishing core areas of weakness. Hang On - Key for being the answer to any offensive weapon. Become the athlete coaches rave about. Leadership, Fundamental Ferocity, and a true "TRIPLE H KEY PLAYER"

Hate losing but it was cool watching the game on and hearing the announcer give us a shout out. Year 10 and still trying to make our mark in the game of football. 🔋⚔️
