Happy New Year!!!
As we reflect on 2024 and move toward changes in 2025, let’s reflect on the health benefits of biking!!!
At Edison, one of our favorite benefits is mental health. Many of the Edison family are remote workers, commuters, or family that fully chooses bikes over cars.
Whether it’s sitting all day, a high stress work environment, or committing to better environmental choices by bike ownership over car ownership, we all can benefit by biking.
Biking reduces stress and anxiety, increases blood flow, and helps clear our minds to transition to the next parts of our days.
What is your favorite health benefit of biking you would like to focus on this year?
