Today’s powerful message, The Gift of Men, preached by Dr. Frank Ofosu-Appiah, was a reminder that one of God’s greatest blessings is often people.

We saw this through the story of David and Jonathan, how God connected David to someone who loved him, supported him, protected him, and helped preserve his destiny. Jonathan was more than a friend; he was a divine gift in David’s journey.

We pray for doors, opportunities, and answers, but many times God responds by sending wisdom through a mentor, strength through a friend, covering through leadership, or help through divine relationships.

You were never designed to do life alone. There are people assigned to your journey, and you may also be the answer to someone else’s prayer.

My prayer today:
Lord, help me recognize the people You’ve placed in my life, value them well, and make me a gift to others too.

Some decisions make noise.
Others build a future.

Not everything that looks successful is creating stability, freedom, or legacy. Real wealth is often quiet, intentional, and deeply rooted in discipline.

Today at All Nations Church, Dr. Kwame Frimpong delivered a powerful message on “The Christian, The Cross, and Generational Patterns” with the subtitle Maturity in Sacrifice (The Ultimate Sacrifice of Jesus).

It was a word that answered the quiet questions many people carry, why do certain struggles repeat in families, and am I still bound by what came before me?and much more.

From Exodus 20:5–6, Ezekiel 18:20, Acts 20:20, and John 1:12–13, we were reminded that many so-called “generational curses” are actually generational consequences, patterns shaped by choices, experiences, and unbroken cycles.

But through Christ, those cycles don’t have the final say. Galatians 3:13 makes it clear: Jesus has already redeemed us.

You are not trapped by your family history. you are invited into a new identity in Christ.

You are such a gift, strong, loyal, wise, and full of grace. Thank you for the way you show up, support, build, and love so genuinely. Life is sweeter because you are in it.
