I love Christmas and the spirit it brings! My mother made it very special for me and my siblings; a season of Love, Peace and Joy. Ma definitely introduced us to the reason for the season. I wrote 48 Hours ‘Til Christmas in 2014—my second book. The Master’s Plan, A novel of Faith, Love and Inspiration was my first book, written in 2013.

When I relocated to Georgia from New York State, writing books was nowhere on my horizon. But I couldn’t find a job, much to my surprise. I finally concluded I was more of a NY ‘Apple’ than a ‘Georgia Peach’. So when my oldest son advised me to write a book—giving Toni Morrison some competition—his words not mine. I did. Voila!
