🌸Today’s Root 2 Rise & Bloom Workshop was a beautiful experience.

We themed our yoga session on authenticity. Which really embraces what we embody in our yoga practice: being true to yourself, to your body, to your purpose, to your heart. We work to be genuine, allowing ourselves to shine through this day. We stay authentic by being self-aware, showing up as your whole self, and letting your truth guide you.

My first rose fully bloomed today. What a beautiful piece of nature to witness on my way to yoga in the park in honor of earth day 🌎

For today's practice we drew inspiration from the earth. The earth teaches us to always stay connected to our roots. As we grow and change like in nature, the earth brings us back to center: grounding and stabilizing.
This morning we worked to ground the body and the mind. As we moved and breathed, we gave thanks to the earth for all it does for us.

So grateful to all that showed up this morning. 🙏🏽
