Today, I slapped the pulpit for the first time 🙃😭 the Holy Spirit was MOVING! And that was just the opening prayer! Whew!!

My birthday weekend was filled with beautiful things ☺️ thank God.
#4 was my favorite moment 🙌🏾 I reunited with my brother after about 8 years 😳😊

Out of office. ☺️
1. Friends turned family.
2. Completed missed the walk out. Blame the bubbles.
3. My Pastor taught me the Boots on the Ground dance. Love her!

I remember a few years ago, I was stuck in a terrible cycle of bad decision after bad decision. I was so lost, low and isolated. This lasted for some years. I felt like Nebuchadnezzar is the wilderness. Chile…I could barely recognize myself, my tone, my actions. It made me feel worst because I knew better. I knew that tough times come but joy come in the morning. But y’all, my nighttime, my darkness lasted for 2 years! 2 years of showing up with a smile to work but knowing i was losing my mind. Showing up to be there for friends but could barely hold myself together when I was alone. I know I’m not the only one that feels like… the further I turned from God in my valley, the easier it was to stop relying on Him. Then one day, I prayed that God would bring me relief and restore my spirit, barely believing that He would, if I’m being honest. Slowly and I mean slowly I looked at that low, low valley, as an opportunity to hear from God. And I did. He Healed and Restored my mind and life. That’s the prayer I’m currently living. I had to remind myself real quick 🙏🏾

This was 8 months after I gave birth to London-Symone😳😍

long before I even gave birth, I committed to losing the belly as quickly as I could.

I had a physically demanding job and on top of that, I went to the gym everyday for 30 days straight.

You see, one thing I DID NOT lack was discipline. I knew whatever I set my mind to do, I could do it.

What I lacked was CLARITY and DIRECTION. Even though I had disciplined my body, my mind was all over the place.

Procrastination kicked my butt daily and it lowered my self esteem. Without accomplishing personal goals, I was losing my self confidence. I wasn’t proud of myself anymore.

So I decided to change some things. The first two things I did were:

1️⃣ I got some goals. No brainier, right?

2️⃣ I started writing them down daily. Once in the morning and right before I went to bed.
