🚨 Client Spot Light🚨
I Want to point out a true work horse that’s in my program. I seen her struggling with injuries from her previous trainers and she would hang around my gym doing fake rehab on her own and she saw me training my athletes one day and came to me and asked me could I help her get back health. I told her when you are done playing over there at that gym then you can sign up with me and I’ll change your life and she did just that. When I say she does everything I ask her to do and the results show. Only 5 months with my program but we have many more to go.
