We help athletes improve themselves and their performance through online mental skills coaching.

We are so excited to announce this new group offering!

Starting October 5th, we'll kick off the online Commit to Confidence group, where Abby, our mental performance coach, will work with a small group of female teenage swimmers on intentionally building their confidence over the course of the 2022-23 season.

If your daughter is a competitive swimmer in high school who:
🔸senses a disconnect between the work they put in at practice and their times at meets,
🔸feels nervous or anxious before events at meets,
🔸overthinks or puts pressure on themself to swim fast,
🔸is hard on themself and can't let bad races go, or
🔸has big goals that currently seem a bit out of reach...
this group was made for them!

Through eight one-hour group sessions on Zoom throughout the season, your daughter will gain more clarity about who they are, learn mental skills and strategies to build their confidence in and out of the pool, and connect with other girls who have similar experiences.

Only 10 spots are available. Learn more and sign up at: https://bit.ly/committoconfidencegroup.

Often we launch into the new year with a goal - sometimes it sticks... and sometimes it doesn't. Instead of running straight into something new, it's important to first reflect and then thoughtfully craft our plan for action. Here's how: http://bit.ly/3pKi01P.

Are you running away from 2020 as fast as you can?

What are your top running/walking accomplishments of 2020? What's your running/walking goal for 2021?

Check out what Mental Performance Consultant Abby Keenan of Intrepid Performance Consulting says about goal setting as you set your sites on the new year.

Managing Emotions during the Dual Pandemics 07/15/2020

As two pandemics continue, one way to manage emotions is through AAA: https://bit.ly/2X7HMS0.

Managing Emotions during the Dual Pandemics We've all likely experienced bumps in the road during the recent dual pandemics: Coronavirus and systemic racism. We help athletes become better performers.

What percent of your performance is mental?

We believe it’s at least 50%. If you agree, then the real question is: Do you spend at least 50% of your training on the mental side of your sport? That’s where we come in.

We help athletes to get curious about what they are capable of, how their mind works, and what factors are contributing to their performance. Then it’s time to train hard, meaning we teach athletes mental skills that compliment their physical and technical abilities for them to apply in practice and competition. With dedication and time, we believe athletes can be intrepid, enduring challenges, adversity, and pain to reach their goals.
