Our Day Camp is open to children ages 5–12 and will include:

-Speed and agility training

-Sports games and team play

-Drawing and creative crafts

Time: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Cost: $50 per child

You train hard, your rest needs to part of your training as well! No classes tonight, you are free to swing by the complex if you want to do some stretching, mobility and light lifting. We are open til 8pm. Enjoy the remainder of your fall break!

📣 SPORTS PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE UPDATE

Beginning Monday September 28th, Legacy Sports Complex will introduce an updated training schedule designed to provide athletes with focused coaching, greater flexibility, and more opportunities to develop.

🏋️ COACHED SPORTS PERFORMANCE CLASS
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
• Ages 7–12: 5:45 PM
• Ages 13+: 6:45 PM

Tuesdays and Thursdays will also include open-gym opportunities for athletes to work independently on their strength, conditioning, and individual goals.
