Event Bartending

Sam, "The Bartender" began his profession as a Mixologist over 10 years ago at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. He learned his profession as a "Bar Back" from seasoned bartenders working in over 7 different bars within the Peachtree Plaza hotel. Those bars included The Renaissance Restaurant and Bar and The Sundial Restaurant and Bar, both 4 star restaurants. He also worked the hotel Inner Circle Bar, this bar included live music and entertainment for hotel guests. The Bartender went on to tend bar for Scobys's World Restaurant in Kingsport, TN while attending college at East Tennessee State University. He then returned to Atlanta, GA and earned his B.A. degree in Journalism from Georgia State University. He has tended bar for The Omni Coliseum and Phillips Arena for sporting events including The Atlanta Hawks, The Atlanta Thrashers and the 1996 Olympics. He also tended bar at Phillips Arena for countless music and comedic entertainers including Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Cher, The Kings of Comedy and many more. The Bartender has continued his profession over 10 years as a private bartender for special events including, holiday parties, weddings, graduations and more.
