Despite the fact that the DireFAK XL is our largest offering, it is still incredible compact. Just 4" wide and 2" THICC.

The XL also features the velcro panel which makes the system COMPLETELY modular.

While we would love for you to buy our tourniquet holder... velcro panel will allow you to attach ANY dangler style TQ holder. If it has velcro, it'll fit.

The XL also features the shears pass through which perfectly fits the 𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗘 𝗚𝗲𝗮𝗿 Trauma Shears Sheath. This allows you to access your shears quickly and easily with the need to deploy your entire IFAK every time you need to open a bag of Skittles on the range.

For when you need a little bit extra...

The DireFAK XL features a slightly expanded footprint and extra storage capabilities.

The idea was to bring something in that lets the user add things they might want into their kit.

The XL is appx 4" wide and allows for the addition of a 4" pressure bandage.

The side compartment is slightly exposed so you can access sharpies, gloves, needle D, or whatever you pit in there without having to fully deploy the kit.

The days of bulky IFAKs you have to deploy and dump all over the ground are over.

-stays retained even while deployed
-compact and versatile
-works on belts and plate carriers
-no fluff, no BS

Simply EXACTLY what yiu need to stop the bleed.

Assembly video for the DireFAK XL.

The DireFAK XL was purpose built to provide you with all the features of the DireFAK GOVT in a larger profile. The extra space perfectly fits an additional pressure 4" pressure bandage or any additional equipment you might want.

Although this is our largest profile offering, it is still incredible compact. Roughly 2" thick and 4" wide.

The velcro panel provides a way to scale up and adds insane modularity. You can velcro in our Trauma Shears Sheath and have external access to your shears or add your TQ holder in a left handed or right handed configuration.

The "i" in IFAK stands for "individual". Your kit should be configured around YOUR preference. Not the other way around.
