Today hit me hard. Rest in peace to Coach Mike Nash 🙏🏾!

The man who gave me my first shot to coach Georgia high school football. He saw something in me before I even fully believed in myself. Back then I thought I was confident, but Coach taught me what steady really meant.

He was a ten-toes-down kind of man. Stern, strong, dependable. The type you’d never know was carrying weight because he handled pressure like an OG. Always steady. Always solid.

I remember him rubbing his head sometimes that was the only sign his stress was heavy, but he never folded. He led, built, and cared for everyone around him.

Coach, you taught me to stay grounded-10 Toes Down, be a man of my word, and stand tall even when life hits.

Thank you for believing in me when I was still finding myself.
Thank you for showing me what leadership looks like.

Your lessons live on in every field I step on and every athlete I work with.

Rest easy, Coach Nash. You left a mark that won’t fade. 🕊️🏈
