Enjoy this reprieve from normal August heat and get in a great ride on your horse! Set two goals for today and end your session on a positive note!! Lots of praise and use the inside rein release to check self carriage !

Use your coiled core in an upward direction to fully empower your seat to move with the horse. Get horse Forward First. Then use your aids subtlety. You will be heard when you sit correctly.
