My favorite yoga pic (of me) ever. Some would say, and have said, "that isn't very yoga like." Well, it is for me. F*** stigmas, F*** hurting others, F*** hurting our bodies, F*** hurting our minds, F*** being unkind, F*** being held from our own, wonderful truth. It takes toughness to live true. It takes toughness to truly look at yourself. So yea, F*** the noise that gets in the way.
