This Instagram post speaks 🗣️ about the current job market that it used to be that staying at a job maximum 2-3 years and jumping would lead to a higher salary. 💰They are saying that those who stay in there current job and those who jump to a new job, the earnings are about the same at this time. The job market is stagnant.
They say,” you are either earning or learning. Preferably both.”
