Post-Partum Doula Services:
- Processing pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum experience, if desired
- Hands-on demonstration and education of care for the infant and birthing parent
- Providing evidence-based information
- Providing community & other resources and referrals, if desired or needed
- Infant feeding support, whether breastfeeding, or the bottle/SNS feeding of breastmilk or formula
- Screen for postpartum mood disorders
- Light housekeeping, cooking, errands
- Sibling care, if desired
- Care for infant if parent(s) wish to shower, take a nap, or spend time with siblings
- Light pet care
Perinatal Loss Doula Services:
- Accompanying to induction, stillbirth, abortion procedures (including miscarriage), and related appointments
- Assistance with reducing and stopping milk production, and/or pumping for donation
- Processing pregnancy, birthing, procedures, loss, and postpartum experiences, if desired
- Providing evidence-based information
- Providing community & other resources and referrals, if desired or needed
- Screen for pregnancy-related mood disorders
- Light housekeeping, cooking, errands
- Light/brief child care
- Light pet care
