It’s more than just gymnastics. It always has been more. To raise a kid who knows their worth. It was never about making them a champion, but building their confidence to know that if they wanted to, they are capable. To know that they can achieve anything they set their mind to. To be able to work through challenges and never give up on their dreams. It’s about learning healthy habits to keep their mind and body at its best. Be willing to close their ears to haters and push forward. To know that dreams take more work than most people are willing to put in. You have to grind. To know that mom and dad are right behind them if they falter in the pursuit. These life lessons are priceless and will translate into other areas of their lives as an adult. #gymnastics #gymnasts #workhard #lifeskills #pushforward

Natalie is a 2026 level 10 who is headed to DEV Nationals in Utah after scoring a 37.05 at Regionals. Says her favorite event is floor.

It was quite the weekend for CGI. We would like to thank Rich and Jessica Villareal and Premier Gymnastics of the Rockies for hosting a fantastic State Championships this past weekend. I would also like to give a shout out to all the judges who dedicated their time this weekend. This is not an easy task and it is repetitive, so thank you all! To Amanda Webb, our fearless COUSAG leader. Allie McNeal and Eric Pung for gathering all the information needed for the gymnasts to get registered into their regional championships.

Mostly, what I learned is that it truly does take a village. CGI would not be CGI without our amazing coaches who give their all each day, to make our girls better, stronger and more confident. To all of them I say thank you and these words can't even begin to express my gratitude, appreciation and admiration for ALL of them.

To the families of CGI- WOW! What a great support system you guys are for the gym, the coaches and the girls. Thank you for being the best CGI family we could ask for.

Lastly, to the girls. This was your DAY. You gave it your all and that is what we want you to do-GIVE IT YOUR BEST-and you did. We are all so proud of you and doing what you do. You represented CGI well, but mostly, you represented yourselves and we are in awe for how far you have all come this past year. Congratulations and know that we love you all!
