I was so excited to meet Clare Dillon-Palma for a duet with her son Matthew this morning!!

You can regularly find Matthew and I at 6 AM at Kinesis and fun fact, my longtime Pilates pal and former Kinesis Instructor Kim Zachar is now teaching at Pilates of Greenville with Clare!
