Mountaineer Strength hosts USA Weightlifting certification Western Colorado University Strength and Conditioning will be hosting the USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level 1 Sports Performance Coach Certification Course this summer in Gunnison. The course begins at 8 a.m. on Friday, July 26 and ends the following day at 2 p.m.
