My Fathers Hands

My Fathers Hands is a non-profit serving the Aurora IL, and Fox Valley area. MFH has been serving the community since its induction in 2005.

We specialize in doing general contracting work for members of our community who are unable to complete the work themselves. We are addressing a serious issue of eroding structure to the living conditions of our elderly and disabled community members. Our workers consist of mentors and mentees to do the job at hand. General information

Over the past 7 years we have worked on too many projects to list. Our mentee's have learned skills such as: roofing, siding, framing and dry walling, electrical fixes, plumbing issues, window instillation, winterizing homes, snow removal, general lawn care, handicap ramp construction.
We do not charge the homeowners who need this work done. These are members of our society who simply do not have the means or ability to do the work themselves. They are proud working class citizens who need someone to give them a hand to fix a potentially threatening living condition.
