DEFENSIVE SLIDES 🏀🔒
1. STAY LOW — drop your hips and slide. Tall defenders get beat.
2. PUSH, DON’T CROSS — push off your lead foot. Never cross your feet.
3. SPRINT TO RECOVER — get beat, sprint back. Never give up on the play.
Feet win on defense. Slide, don’t run.
Develop. Train. Execute. 💪
