Varicose Veins vs Spider Veins
They're both vein conditions—but they're not the same.
Spider Veins
• Small red, blue, or purple veins
• Usually flat
• Often cosmetic
Varicose Veins
• Larger, bulging veins
• May cause pain, swelling, and heaviness
• Can affect circulation
Knowing the difference helps determine the most appropriate treatment.

**In Loving Memory ❤️**
Yesterday, heaven gained one of the strongest women I've ever known.
She was the definition of strength. Despite living with rheumatoid arthritis, she faced every challenge with grace, resilience, and unwavering determination. She never allowed her illness to define her. Instead, she defined herself by her love, kindness, and the way she cared for everyone around her.
I've known her since I was six years old. Although we weren't related by blood, she was family in every way that mattered. She was there for every important milestone in my life—from birthdays to my medical school graduation and so many moments in between. She always made me feel loved, celebrated, and completely pampered.
One of my earliest memories is walking to her house after school with my mom. Because her rheumatoid arthritis made it difficult for her to mix and roll roti dough, my mom would help prepare the rotis. As a little six-year-old, I proudly climbed onto the counters to bring down the atta and whatever dabbas she needed. At the time, it felt like a small adventure. Looking back now, I realize those simple afternoons became some of my most treasured memories.
She taught me that true strength isn't measured by physical ability—it's measured by the courage to keep loving, giving, and showing up for others despite life's hardships. That was who she was.
Her warmth, generosity, and unconditional love touched so many lives, and I feel incredibly blessed that she was such a meaningful part of mine.
Thank you for every hug, every smile, every celebration, and every act of love. Your legacy of resilience and kindness will continue to inspire all who knew you.
Rest peacefully. Your heavenly wings were earned many times over.
Om Shanti. ❤️🙏🕉️

Happy 1st Heavenly Birthday, Dad. ❤️
Seven months have passed since we said goodbye, and I still find myself wishing I could hear your voice just one more time.
This photo will forever be one of my greatest treasures. As a PhD in Organic Chemistry, you had the incredible honor of hooding me at my medical school graduation. Of all the milestones we shared, this one will always hold a special place in my heart. It wasn't just a ceremony—it was the culmination of your sacrifices, your unwavering belief in me, and the countless ways you inspired my love of science, learning, and serving others.
Every accomplishment I've achieved has been built upon the foundation you gave me. You taught me to work hard, pursue excellence, and never stop learning. Your influence continues to shape not only the physician I am, but the person I strive to be.
Today is your first birthday in heaven. While I wish more than anything that we could celebrate together, I am grateful for the memories we made and the legacy you left behind. I hope I'm living a life that continues to make you proud.
Thank you for being my greatest supporter.
Happy Heavenly Birthday, Dad.
I love you beyond words. I miss you every single day. Until we meet again. ❤️

When Foot Pain Needs an MRI
Not every foot injury requires an MRI—but sometimes it's essential.
An MRI may be recommended if you have:
• Persistent pain
• Suspected tendon injury
• Stress fracture
• Ligament damage
• Symptoms that don't improve with treatment
Advanced imaging helps identify the true cause of pain and guides the most effective treatment plan.

Do You Need Surgery for Foot Pain?
Surgery isn't always the first answer.
Many foot and ankle conditions improve with conservative treatments such as:
• Physical therapy
• PRP injections
• Cortisone injections
• Custom rehabilitation
• Bracing and activity modification
When needed, minimally invasive procedures may also be an option.
Our goal is to help you recover with the least invasive treatment that meets your needs.
