Today we say goodbye (for now) to one of the pillars of B-Team — Coach JB Bechtloff.
From being one of the OG members of the squad, to racking up countless IBJJF titles, JB has left a legacy on the mats that will last forever. He was the very first instructor of our Beginner Program, helping shape the foundation for so many students who now proudly carry the B-Team flag.
Now, JB is off to chase a new calling at the Fire Academy — a path that embodies the same courage, discipline, and selflessness he’s shown every day as a coach and competitor.
Thank you for everything, JB. Once a teammate, always family. 👊💙
