God is intentional… even down to what grows when. 🍓🥭🍍
These are fruits in season for May, and that matters more than we think. Eating foods in their natural season means:
✨ More nutrients
✨ Better taste
✨ Less processed cravings
✨ Alignment with how our bodies were designed to function
But let’s go deeper…
Just like fruit, YOU have seasons too.
There’s a time to grow.
A time to be pruned.
A time to rest.
And a time to produce.
You don’t force fruit out of season… so stop forcing results without honoring your process.
This month, let’s:
✔️ Fuel our bodies with what’s naturally provided
✔️ Respect our current season
✔️ Stay rooted in discipline and faith

Client came over to talk about a few of her new favorite “healthy” snacks…
🗣️Don’t let the front of the bag preach louder than the facts.
“Gluten free”
“Peanut free”
“50% less sugar”
All big, bold, loud…
But then you flip it over and suddenly everything gets real quiet 🤫
100 calories… sounds good right?
Until you see it’s coming with 14g of sugar (11g added) for a ¼ cup.
A quarter cup.
That’s barely a handful.
So let’s be real…
If you’re not taking the time to read the label, you might as well grab the candy 🍬
Because at that point, you’re not choosing health…
you’re choosing marketing.
And that’s the lesson.
Everything labeled “healthy” isn’t actually helping you reach your goals.
Sometimes it’s just dressed up better.
At Core Fitness 15:44 we’re not just working out…
we’re learning how to move with intention AND eat with awareness.
Read the labels.
Check the serving size.
Look at the sugar.
Because the goal isn’t to eat “less bad”…
it’s to be intentional about what you’re putting in your body.
